Greetings and thank you for visiting The Join RE/MAX Precision website.
My name is J. Gerard Green and I am the Broker of record and owner of RE/MAX Precision. To begin with I’d like to give you a brief history of my 30+ year real estate career. It began in 1990 when I was recruited to market the RE/MAX franchise throughout New York State. It was gratifying and exciting to meet brokers and agents from all over NYS. To understand my market better I obtained my real estate license while selling the RE/MAX franchise. After 3 years of traveling throughout the state, I transitioned to being a full-time real estate agent at the first RE/MAX office in NYS. From 1999 until 2018, I squandered away several $100’s of thousand dollars giving my brokers my commissions that they didn’t deserve.
I DON’T WANT YOU TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!
On March 1, 2020, in the beginning of a world wide pandemic, I opened up RE/MAX Precision in my home town of East Aurora, NY. I have always believed that the RE/MAX brand and system was the very best and that if I were ever going to open my own office, it would be with RE/MAX.
I am proud to say that I was able to purchase the building 8 months after renting a small section of it initially. We have recently expanded & renovated into the whole building which comprises of 1650 sq. ft on 2 stories. The average RE/MAX Precision agent averages 14 years of real estate experience. We have a highly visible location on the main road coming into The Village of East Aurora close to the circle and we have more than adequate parking.
You might ask, Why did I want to start a real estate office at my stage in life? I was in my late 50’s and I had peers counting their days until retirement. The reason is simple. I saw too many injustices towards agents occurring all around me, every year, in Western New York. Brokers keeping $10k-100k in commissions from their agents unnecessarily. I wanted to give these agents the option to work at a real estate office with international brand name recognition and to be compensated fairly.
